The uniquely-developed MAG welding wire “OMH-1” is widely used for cast iron direct hardfacing at the automobile manufacturers and mould manufacturers from the U.S.A. across Europe, China, etc.
Since the wire is a solid type, the welding fume generation is much less compared to that of a covered electrode and flux contained wire and also, toughness-rich weld metal can be obtained as the toxic gas contained in welding material is less. Thus, it is the optimum welding consumable.
